Raphael is an attorney at Your Legacy Legal Care™, currently concentrating his practice in estate planning. He began his legal career as an Education, Criminal, and Probate Law attorney. He has represented teachers in administrative matters including grievances, employee investigations, State Board of Educator Certification investigations, separation agreements, non-renewal hearings, and termination hearings. Additionally, he represented students and parents in various matters against school districts. He has sat second chair for criminal trials and represented criminal clients in Harris, Montgomery, and Fort Bend County. He also has experience in Municipal law, handling various transactional matters for municipalities.

After Raphael obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin, he worked for a year with his father who is also an attorney, where he became passionate about the law and decided to follow in his father’s footsteps.
